75-006 Spiral Balance Charging Tool for Tilt Windows

Good evening, I need 12 spiral balances and 12 pivot shoe balance holds, but I am having a difficult time matching up the pivot shoe holds. I need to make repairs in order to sell my home and the closing date is 2/26/2020. I attached pictures, in hopes that you guys could help me out. Window info- ... (cont.)

The balancer is 28" long in somewhat flexible white plastic with black tip. About 7/16 in diameter. I also need two shoes. This window only the bottom window is moveable. Also do I need to notch the track near the top to replace the shoes.

I have MW vinyl windows in my house built in 1999. One window the balance broke on both sides (not the one pictured) and the window stays up only because it's locked. The rods look like they have a red tip...I weighed the window and it?s 16 pounds, so red tip makes sense...see pic three below.The shoes look good. - not too worn - picture two below - slides up and down easily...looks like when you pull the spiral down you need to attach it on the left or right of ...
