I believe my windows might be thermagard but not sure. I need 4 replacement pivot feet and 4 of the part that screws into bottom of sash with the piece that fits into pivot foot. I'll also need charging tool. Do you carry any of these replacement pieces? Thanks

I have no markings because pieces are totally missing. I'm sorry I hope you can help. It's the back window of a fold out window. The window in the front is fine, it's the back upper window that holds the window up that the pieces are broke

I need some help finding the replacement part for this window please

I need to replace 2 balancers on a window. They are 28" long. I also need the tool to adjust them.

I have an 18 lb. window that uses 28" spiral balances that are 3/8 inch thick. The tip looks to be orange, however in this series the only options are red and green. What do you folks recommend in this instance?

I'm sending pictures and measurements for you to look at so you can identify them for me for a window that I'm working on. The spiral balance measures 30 inches from top to bottom and a diameter of 7/16 inches. The part that it attaches to measures 15/16 inches wide, the height is about 2 1/16 inche ... (cont.)

My pivot shoes have red turning centers. I didnt see that color option/size?

There is a metal spiral piece inside of a plastic sleeve about 1/2 inch in diameter. The part that attaches it to the window frame is plastic, too. It is almost 30 inches long.

I need to replace the balance spring holders on two of my windows. I am assuming the balance is still good but please price and advise if I should likely replace. I have attached the window seal for manufacturer and model numbers.

The tip of the old balance looks white? Length is 31 in 5/8. Weight of sash is 26.5Will the blue tip last longer than the red (or am i being too picky)Sincerley, Mike

Need to purchase 4 balance springs.The tip is yellow.Not certain what length to order. Would assum 31".Please supply part number to order.Is the slide/lock block available? Will purchase several of them, just Incase needed.ThanksRay

I'll be happy to send more pics. Looking for two new springs (window balance) and plastic hardware keeper for left and right side. I measured and got 33 3/4 " spring. These are for a tilt window. Thank you
