I am looking to purchase replacement window parts for our condominium. Pivot Lock Shoe Black Cam 16H98, 1-1/4 x ¾Tilt Balance ToolCaldwell Balances Attached is a sketch showing the sizes of various windows. Also provided are photographs.

I think these are 3/8 inch 34 inch white tipped series 900 spiral balances for my tilt window. The part the screw went through on the top is made of plastic and they started to break (with a very loud bang) shortly after we bought the house. Not sure what they are. sometime around 1998

looks like 3/8 in balancer, so 900 series. note length is 28 1/2. what size should I use? Not sure if shoe is 1/2 or 17/32, but I don't see any pivot shoes listed in either size that are listed as compatible with 900 series. What should I use?

After talking to one of your representatives, I have taken the following pictures to show you what the window looks like now with what I believe is the broken part. The windows use a 3/8 spiral balance 24in long with blue tips,and a sash weight of 15lbs, The pivot shoe measurements is 2" tall 1-1/4" wide and 9/16" thick, which matches the description of part# 15-121, however i read a post stating that part would not work with the 900 series spiral balance.
