I attached four pictures of the Pivot shoe that we discussed. Please advise your product number that matches this pivot shoe. When you find the comparable pivot shoe, I also think that I will need the appropriate pivot bar and changing tool. Thanks

I spoke with someone in customer care, and he suggested I email pictures of my channel balance. One of the channel balances broke on one side of the tilt window.
