I spoke with someone in customer care, and he suggested I email pictures of my channel balance. One of the channel balances broke on one side of the tilt window. Windows are Alcoa tilt type and are very hard to open/close. When you get it down all the way (fighting it to go down) it springs back up 3-4". You have to hold it down to be able to close the latch. Can these be adjusted or do the spiral balance have to be replaced? House was built in ... (cont.)

Can you help me with Identifying and ordering a replacement part? I have not been able to ID any part numbers, but I have an included a photo of the broken part. The middle section of the plastic part has broken and the metal part will not longer stay secure in the plastic part.
