I'm replacing a spiral balance in a Barricade vinyl tilt window. It is a 32-inch, 5/8th diameter model, but it looks to me like the tip is either white or a very faded yellow. Hello, Could you help me pick out the parts to rebuild my window counter balances? The manufactures CareFree is out of business and I would need the shoe, instructions on how to remove them, the balance spring loaded rod, the winding tool and installation instructions.

I just saw that the color tip on the spiral balance replacements indicate how much weight they are made to with stand. I attached four pictures of the Pivot shoe that we discussed. Please advise your product number that matches this pivot shoe. When you find the comparable pivot shoe, I also think that I will need the appropriate pivot bar and changing tool. Thanks
