Need replacement parts for 2009 reliabilit widows. Bottom sash on 9 windows & top sash on one window. Windows doesn't stay up. I believe the band coils are bad. Just need to know what I need to fix the problem. Thanks

Cant seem to find new pivot shoe for window. Coils have a 8 and 4 stamp on them

Hi - I'm hoping you can help us determine which pivot shoe we need. We have Alside Excalibur windows which were installed in 2005. Pivot shoe depth is 9/16" and it is 1 1/4" wide.
