Please kindly help me to identify the clip I broke when I was taking out my window to replace a broken " 34 inch series 395 channel balance." Attached is a picture of how the clip looks in the window and another picture of the broken clip. Thank you.

I've ordered a 2330 24" channel balance from Swisco in the past,but I don't know what series it was? I also need a metal side clip on the side for one of those channel balance to clip on to!

My sash windows no longer stay within teh channel. Were it not for burglar bars, they would drop right out. How do I correct this problem. Pl see photo. Marking on the balance, 2430J, it is 25 inches long. I would like the part number for the balance, and the part number for the new jam liners. Can you provide this for me? Or can you tell me which manufacturer I should be looking at?

Need to find three window channel balances. Windows are 17.5" high and 22" wide the one channel balance I have has the numbers 1420 stamped on it with a small 6 number on the bottom plastic piece. I also need one metal clip that is installed on the window from above the channel

I recently purchased Item #S385-27 (10 window balancers) for a number of Sash windows all the same size installed in KB Homes Development around 2002.
