My sash windows no longer stay within teh channel. Were it not for burglar bars, they would drop right out. How do I correct this problem. Pl see photo. I recently purchased Item #S385-27 (10 window balancers) for a number of Sash windows all the same size installed in KB Homes Development around 2002.
