I looked at a vinyl single hung non tilt window that is missing both sash balances. I took the picture of the sash balance in the window next to it. The markings on the balance are in blue ink and one says 25.5 DW CMC 11. The other says 25.5 CX CMC 0. The balance is 1/2" wide and the metal is 25 ... (cont.)

I have a PGT double hung non-tilt window. I think it's a 1/2" channel balance, but I can't get the sash out. I've watched the video, I pop the take-out clips out, and I raise the sash as high as it will go. But I can't pop it out of its channel. It's a big window. The sash is about 50" wide by 31 ... Hello! I need to replace the channel balance hardware on a bedroom window. I have attached photos of the channel shaft (stamped 27 3 BSI OC) and both ends of the balance frame. The frame measures 1/2" wide and 28" long (metal edge-to-edge). I need to confirm which channel balance hardware is a co ... (cont.)

I need to replace the slides for a window that slides up and down. The meetal is 27" long. Also need 2 removel clips that are at the top side of the window.

I can not find a Weight Range stamp on the Balance. The window is a series 380 DH-R30 and the glass measures 42.5" W x 22" H (Just glass, no frame. Could you help me with this? Also, in following your removal instructions, I can't locate the release clip? Thanks for your help Barry ... (cont.)

I think I found the Rollyson bead on your site but am having issues find channel balance and how to install them. Attached pictures above. Guessing that they should not stick up above the window like picture when trying to operate. Window is hard to move up and down and almost impossible to get b ... (cont.)

Pretty sure I have the right balance selected, but my stamp is odd: on the side of one balance (L) it says 14-5 JX CMC 7, and on the side of the other (R) it says 14-5 KX CMC 11 My sash weighs about 16 lbs; it's 33 3/4 x 17 x 2 overall. We have several windows where the balance springs are not working, I have pulled one but looking at several previous post, I probably need to pull all of them to see if they are the same. I just purchased a house with Alcan windows and several are broken. This metal part on the side of the window just pops out. Do you have this part? The window height is 40 inches on this unit. Also, how are these installed? Thanks Jerry

These channel balances are 1/2"x 30 3/4" long. The printed number on the balances is 3030. I need one left and one right side with all clips springs strings complete. Which one do I need.

I have a single-hung aluminum window that has a broken balance or both. My problem is I can not get the window out of the frame to service the balancer. The balance tube is in the way.
