Hi, we have a Mercer sliding patio door with a broken lock. We are looking for a replacement lock part. The handles are fine. We just need the lock part. The door was manufactured in 1996 or 1995 Thank you!

Hi, Have a latch on my patio door which has recently broken. The latch is a hook shape and engages on a receiving in the door frame. The twist-handle shown in the picture has sheared. Do you supply anything like this. regards Phil

Can you help me get this handle Arcadia 800 old style handle P/N 09501800

On the handle it has the following markings. Canadian Patent No 919213 Patented 1975 Pat No. 3596954 I am trying to get it replaced and not having any luck.

This handle is attached to a door with a serial number that indicates the door is a Nami 2858. I have attached a picture of the serial number from inside the door.

I was wondering if you could tell me what style of keyed lock I can buy for this door handle.

I've got the equivalent to the 82-033 (looks identical and the dimensions match), but all I need is the locking lever (the plastic handle is broken on mine). Do you sell this part separately?

I would like to have a lock on my door that has a key, so I can get inside from the outside when the door is locked. This is an old door with no identifying marks or numbers of any kind. In April this year I purchased a sliding door handle set , part number 82033. Has worked fine until a couple of days ago. Problem now is when you lift the latch to unlock the door, that latch piece will retract into the door, but when you shut the door and try to latch it, the piece that holds the ... (cont.)

I am replacing this old sliding glass door handle, with key lock, on my back slider. Here are the pictures of it. I do have 3 15/16" between the holes to mount. Door frame is 2" deep and 2 1/2" wide. I ordered a Swinco handle, #82-033. I assumed it was the same as my broken Handle and lock, as it looked identical. The one you sent has no lock mechanism. Do you have one like my picture

The door handles are marked 608-1-1 (inside) and 608-2-1 (outside, numbers shown in pic). The remaining broken off piece of a brown plastic plate in the inside handle is marked with the Arcadia mark (shown in pic). How can I replace the missing latch, or the entire assembly?
