82-033 Patio Glass Door Handle Set, 3-15/16"

I have a very heavy patio door with a broken handle and the SWISCO purchased for me through a local door company lasted one year and recently split the metal and broke. I need something heavy duty that will fit 3-15/16th in black or a dark color and it looks like 82-033 may be my best bet? ... (cont.)

I have a sliding glass door handle that appears to be 82-033. The locking lever sometimes slides down on its own thereby locking the door. Would replacing with the 82-033 be sufficient or do I need to replace the internal mortise assembly also? Much obliged.
