I'm looking for the locking mechanism to this sliding backyard door. Would you be able to help me find this piece?

I need to replace the locking mechanism part of the my American Standard sliding patio door. I have attached a picture of where the part is located in the door and the model number information.

Hello, I am trying to find a replacement mortise locking mechanism for my Simonton sliding door, the only numbers I could find is in picture 3.17.22 691 jpgIf you need more information, such as length end of tab to tab (overall length) is 4 inches x 7/8" wide.I am trying to find out what the cost is ... 4"long, .5" across 1 and 1/8" deep. The insert is 3 and 1/8" long 3 and 7/8 from outer screw hole to outer screw hole. The part that moves the lock on the handle is also bent. The part that turns the lock "claw" is 1" long. Thank you very much

Hi. We lived in our home for only a year and the door had always been hard to latch:lock. Then all of a sudden it was not locking. So we removed the lock. Hi - patio door was used as an attempted break in. Fortunately I have a picture of the lock itself prior to incident, but now the lock is missing and the keeper that the lock attaches to has been stripped from the wall. ive recently uninstalled a doggy door and noticed when we go to shut the door there is a gap. the model we have is a 5500/5700 series. is there a replacement part and / or piece that i can install?
