Hi, i'd like to change the look of these handles ... what handles do you sell that would work as replacements?thanksdavid

My outside handle is broke. Screws 3-15/16" apart. Door is 1-5/8" thick. How much long is screws for handle?

The black outside handle has sash controls Inc. PT 1963 inside it. The inside handle has a number 1060-1943. The metal piece that shoots the lock arm out is broken. Hello, strike plate for sliding door is missing. Can you help me find a replacement?

Screws are 2" but don't tighten (threads on back handle seem to be stripped). What are screw threads? 10-32 fine? looking for a replacement handle to my 35 year old doorwall. This was originally purchased and installed by Eagle Window company. The handle is 11" and the holes seem like 3 15/16. It is square and wood and a black metal squared off base

My lock is no longer working. No movement when trying to lock door. My measurements are from the top phillips screw to the bottom : 4 5/8 inches from the second phillips screw to third phillips screw is 3 5/8. The door was installed in 1997.
