Does the 82-030 handle set require the purchase of a new mortise lock, or will it fit my existing system, which looks like your part number 82-226.

The handle that I am holding in the first photo is what I am trying to find. It has no markings for the manufacturer, the handle angles away from the door jam so I can get a key in an out and lock it. I have a 2009 cascade thermal pro series white vinyl sliding patio door. Low e , insulated glass, super spacer. What part do I need? The installation company is no longer open.

I don't know whether I only need to replace the thumb latch, the mortise lock, or the whole handle (including lock and latch). Could you please advise? Thumb latch length is 1 7/8". My outside handle is broke. Screws 3-15/16" apart. Door is 1-5/8" thick. How much long is screws for handle?

The black outside handle has sash controls Inc. PT 1963 inside it. The inside handle has a number 1060-1943. The metal piece that shoots the lock arm out is broken. looking for a replacement handle to my 35 year old doorwall. This was originally purchased and installed by Eagle Window company. The handle is 11" and the holes seem like 3 15/16. It is square and wood and a black metal squared off base

My lock is no longer working. No movement when trying to lock door. My measurements are from the top phillips screw to the bottom : 4 5/8 inches from the second phillips screw to third phillips screw is 3 5/8. The door was installed in 1997.
