Need to replace everything shown above. The measurements of 82-226 seem to match our measurements except for the center to center for the screw holes. Ours is 4-3/4" - everything else is the same. I would like to get replacement handles with key on exterior. No model or serial number on glass. Would not have to match existing thru holes. I can drill new ones.

Is this part replaceable or so I have to replace the whole door?

Added a sliding patio door to an out building that has no outside lock. need to replace with keyed lock. Existing handle has 4" centers. I think 82-261 may work but looks like the picture shows inside handle faces left. Might not clear? Existing inside handle 'faces' right

The number 1298723 is cast inside the handle. I want to make this a keyed entry. Screw holes are 3 15/16" apart. I have two doors to do this too. Outside looking in, the lock/slider is on the left. Hello Tom, We built a new home this last year and used the Marvin white fiberglass series Integrity. I upgraded from the standarsd hardware, but did not realize it was not a keyed lock.
