82-315 Key Lock And Housing

I want to change out the pull handles with new ones with a keyed lock. The current one does not have a keyed lock and I never done this before. Which one will I need? The distance between the screws is 4 inches.Any help or suggestions greatly appreciated. I would like to order ASAP ... (cont.)

Looking to either replace this handle to a key lock one or if there is a way to add on to the handle that I already have. I don't know where to start or what I am looking at.

I am looking for a handle like this that will lock from the outside with a key and inside with a latch. Currently, it only locks from the inside. There is no names, numbers, or markings found on this latch assembly.

I'm looking for keyed lock handle for my silver line patio door...handle 6 1/2 inches long and screws for handle are 4 inches apart.
