I am looking for the tension Springs.

I want to replace the spiral balances in 4 double hung, non tilt windows. This is a photo of the current balance; the current tip looks gray, but I'm not sure. The tube is 5/8" diameter and 25 " long; each sash weighs about 13 - 14 lbs. What should I buy to replace them?

I need to replace window balancers in old wooden windows. Not sure if you would have replacements. I thought they went up through the top of the frame but I could be mistaken.

The color of the tip is black. I believe that is for an impact resistant window. Do you carry this type of balance? It's a 5/8. The bottom latch of the balance is suppose to be screwed into the window but it broke off.
