I was not able to find any markings or indication on the window. The house was built in 1990.

Please help me identify which replacement lock i need to fix this. Thank you.

Dear Staff, I have a lever that broke off the locking mechanism on a vertical sliding window.

Almost identical to 90-005 metal ones I ordered except original a little thicker with a slightly longer locking tab. The ones I ordered will not lock the window as the tabs are too short. Hope you can help me find the right ones Thanks.

Latch "handle" broke, need advice on replacement part.

Do to carry tilt window mechanism with sliding bar? Patent # on part is 5,165,737. Also do carry MILCO window lock? Thanks for your time. Salvatore
