Photos show identification info on uppper & lower window frames

Looks to me like the spring is broken. Those two coils should be connected right? I dont see any marking indicating what strength the springs are. The window pictures are a different window that is operating.

Hi Swisco expert, I have a small single hung window in the bathroom with the coil balance system. These are the parts I took out. These windows are replacement windows in a rental unit that have been beat hard! We can't find replacement coil balances anywhere and none of the windows have manufacturers info on them.

I have two 17 1/4 x 71 3/8 double hung windows where many of the coil balances have broken. I cannot find the weight on the coil, the only stamp for this window is D I also need the cover for the track once I cut it to remove the shoe I have multiple windows to repair, and one window needs a new tilt lock (sending other pics in a separate post) thanks! Katie
