Hello, I have Insul-Weld Vinyl windows. The coil on one side broke and the tilt pin (?) on the other side is broke. Pics included. Number "5" is on both coils. The coil assembly is 1 1/4" wide with 2 screws. I believe I need a double coil assembly and a tilt pin.

I didn't see a photo of the coil balance for my bathroom window. The coil balance measures 1/2" wide by 1 3/16" diameter. It has a letter E stamped into it. Which dual coil balance support goes with the coil shoe 15-177. I ordered the 1/2 inch dual support and the 3/8 inch dual support but I don't think either are correct.

Does it matter what side the coil strips are facing when installing the coil balance and balance shoe? I mean if one set up is going on the right side of the window, should the strips of coil face the left or the right! Thanks!

I need a coil balance that looks like the series 152, it is 1/2" wide but has no number but a letter E stamped on it, which would be the corresponding # for this and does this series measure 1/2" wide. Thanks Sylvia

These windows were installed in 1999,2000 by a manufacturer in Burlington/Toronto area. The force balancers have broken/snapped as well as some of the brass (?) parts that are attached under the window and catch the force balancer that enable the window to open inwards on a hinge.
