Broken coils. 10 lb each. 1/2 inch.

I have 2 windows @ 31 1/2" × 61 3/8" and 1 window @ 30 1/2" × 61 1/2" and need to replace both the left and right side tensioner assembly in each window, shown in the pictures.

I need at minimum (2) steel ribbons to fix this AllSide window. You can see from the pics the ribbon got bent up while opening. Hello, I have coils with 5K stamped on them. They appear to match your S-152-5 coil. Can you give me your part number to match the 5K? The sash weighs 10 LB 12oz. Do I need S152-5 or S-152-6?

I have several broken coil balances on my Rehau double hung windows. I am having no luck with the window manufacturer, so I am reaching out for some assistance. Hello I need a new coil, show balance and the roller the coil is screwed in. The only numbers I can find is the coil shoe brake has a 0 on it and the coil spring has a 5 on it. I've looked everywhere online and can't find all the parts to match
