What replacement Pivot Shoe Part Number do we require? Aluminum portion of Pivot Shoe is cracking/breaking preventing the Pivot Shoe from travelling up & down. My window will no longer stay up when we open it. The top window operates normally. I am not sure what parts I need. If the pics are not enough I can take the shoe out and look for a part number and measure it. The problem is this is a rental and Im not there at the moment.

There is a small 6 printed on the larger plastic part holding the coil. If you could tell me which replacement part I need, I'd really appreciate it.Thank you!Fiona

I have Polaris vinyl windows that have 2 coils on each side of window. one has a # 4 stamp and other is a # 6. These windows do not have a slot to remove the parts. i need to order a set of those coils and probably a pivot block. Can I make a slot to remove them?

These windows are replacement windows in a rental unit that have been beat hard! We can't find replacement coil balances anywhere and none of the windows have manufacturers info on them.

Alside double hung window. The coil balance broke on the left side jamb. Need recommendations on replacement part(s). I have seen a video on your site suggesting S152-7? Not sure if I need just the coil or if I should replace all components? Thank you.

No markings on window, but a number 6 or 9 on the spring. The lower window weighs 11.4 pounds . The window is a double hung tilt sash window with both sections tilting in.

I have removed the coil balance from the window and would like to order new ones. I looked at them and am seeing a D on one of the plastic piece and N on the other plastic piece.
