S152-6 6 lb Series 152 Coil Balance

Our window balance coil has broken into 2 pieces and we need to replace it. It has 6K stamped on it. Do you carry 6K or its equivalent?

This is from a Jen weld window. Double hung tilt in. The spring is 1/2" like the 152 series but the plastics match the 171 series. The spring has an F stamped near the screw.

Springs (both) are broken in my vinyl double hung windows. They are 1/2 inches wide with a short tongue (attached with a screw to the "rider". The only marking near the tongue is a capital letter D. I bought the Coil Balance Shoe (15-177) and the suggested 6 lb 152 Coil Balance (S152-6) as replacements for my window. I don't understand how the Coil Balance attaches to the Coil Balance Shoe. Is there a pin that is inserted thru the side of the Coil Balance Shoe thru the hole in the end of the Co ... (cont.)

I am looking for the replacement coils for this vinyl window. The window has no labels on it but the glass panel is dated 1996. I noticed on the website that the coils themselves have markings on them. What's next.....looking for advice. Art

D6 stamped on the coil balance - not sure of the weight. It hooks into the shoe but there's also a little hole maybe a little over 1/4" from the end of the balance that I'm assuming I could put a screw in to secure a different kind of balance?

Spring block is 1-1/4 inch wide and 5/8 inch thick. Window support lug is 3/8" long from edge of window to head and head is 3/8" wide at its widest, approximately 1/8" at its thinnest. 23 lbs sash weighed alone. 29" tall sash

Hello, I'm looking for some spares of this assembly. From what I've found on the site, it appears that the 15-177 coil balance shoe will work. However, I can't determine the coil spring balance weight. I see a "6K" stamped on the end of the outer spring. Thanks for your assistance. ... (cont.)

Thank you for your picture submission.It looks to me like your pivot shoe is similar to our 15-177. Can you possibly send us a picture of the coil removed from the shoe? There are a few different coil series that this pivot shoe is compatible with.

I'm looking for the old style coil balance - size 'F' like the one in the pictures. Do you have anything like it, or a replacement? I don't need the pivot shoe just the coil balance.

Both Balance coils on my sash window broken. Not sure about the coil lb size. Thre's a part number on the shoe: 5.704,165 The size of the sliding part of the window is 27"w by 20"h. The width of the shoe is 1.25". Thank you for your help

The balance pictured is the one that came out of the window. The only markings I could find are "15," and "13," on the upper and lower coil covers respectively. I did order a couple of the s140 balances and they fit dimensionally, but two 8-pound balances are too weak for this window. I believe a 3 ... (cont.)
