appears to be a single coil where the spring snapped. sash is 12.8 lbs, i want to replace both springs, not just the broken one. I have a Alside double hung window brokespring/shoe set but I don't know if I got theh last one from you. The pivot metal has broken. Weight 18 lbs. One original spring has '6K' stamped on the metal. Thanks.

I took these off the sides of my tilt window because it would no longer stay up or come down. I need to know what part it is exactly so I can order more. There is a 6K on the rolled up metal piece

I have a number of shoe balances that are broken in that I cannot attach the sash to them. This is causing a guillotine effect for a few windows. I need help identifying them. They are all the same as the attached photos.

My springs are shot. The window width is 37" and weighs 23 lbs. I see no identifying numbers on the springs. Looking for coiled springs and pivot shoes. The shoe measures 1 3/8H x 1 3/16W and is 9/16 thick. Can you identify the parts? Thanks!

Hi, I read your thread on your website about different model of coils. I don't find any in print on my coil. However, the tilt window weight 12.6 lbs. the coil measures 1.25cm width. Can you help to advise on the model number?
