Looking to determine what parts I might need to replace broken pivot shoe and triple window balance in some of our windows. Unable to remove the coil assembly without breaking the cover because they are too brittle.

I am looking to replace the guide shoes coil springs pivot pins and covers for both sides of the window on both sashes. They are 6 lb coils

I need to replace the full assembly guide shoes, coil,coil covers, and pivot pins. I am replacing the parts for both top and bottom sash on both sides. It has a 6 lb spring in it

The shoe you have matches what is existing, there is no stamp codes on the coiles and do you have the coil supports? The sash weighs about 10-14 lbs. Thanks for your help!

Hello- the right side of our window "spring" (idk the proper term) is cracked and the window cannot be opened or stay open now. Can you help me figure out what part we need? Thank you!

Both springs are broken. I see a number 4 on the plastic but no other numbers

Unsure of the weight needed for my 152 coil balance. Current coils are stamped with E or F.

High I'm trying to make sure I buy the right coil... I believe it's the 152 series but is the 6k mean it's a 6 pound coil?

I have 10 Alside Double Hung - Centurion windows with various issues. There are various sizes of windows but all are the same Brand and model. Also all were installed in 2004. window balance broken on double hung Jeld Wen window 2004 approximate year. Also, on another window, the pegs that fit into the balance broke on both sides of the window, not sure if they make replacement parts for that or need new window. It is a wood clad window.

It measures 1 1/4" across and 1/2" in depth. The cam is broken on the shoe.

Hello! When inspecting my windows (Alside Ultramaxx from early 2007) I noticed a couple of broken pivot shoes as well as a broken pivot bar. When going through your site I found what appear to be good replacements for the pivot bar (26-226) and the pivot shoe (15-177). I'm not sure whether I'll n ... (cont.)

15-177 is the closest part I could find but out of stock and it doesn't list dimensions. this window is 50-54 inches wide. the part measures 1/2 inch thick, 1 1/4 wide, 1 1/2 tall for just the pivot lock. There is a screw hole on each side for securing the spring.

I believe this is a double coil system, I just need to order the correct replacement parts. This window has KVW initials on it. There are 3 windows that have all the same parts
