Hi! The coil balance(s) broke inside the window frame. I believe I need a 15-111 shoe. The attached coil has a stamp 5.5 35" The unattached coil just has a 3 stamped on it. It is a double coil system. They are 1/2 inch wide. Also, the latch is broken. I believe I need a 26-243 left and a 26-244 r ... (cont.)

The only identifier, after removing the hardware, is #5.5 37 inchs PAT 5232208 on the coil. I need all the proper hardware to replace all coil balances on both sides of the window, the pivot shoes, and coil supports. not sure if this setup is considered single coil, double coil, or more. I installed these on a 64 inch tall window, and one pulled out of the support, presumably because they're not long enough. Do you sell this coil for taller windows? Thanks!

Swisco Team, Looking for the Coil Spring balance and necessary accessories. for six windows (all same size). The current springs are Omega 5.5 64" doubled on each side. The spring holder has the number 11 on it. The pivot piece has the number 4 on it.

On the coils I see 5.0 35" 5232208. The windows are Alenco. On the pin there is a 2. I need all parts shown in the photos to make complete sets for windows that need repairs made.

I have been told by the manufacturer that I have Simonton dimension 1 series windows in my home manufactured 4/16/1996. The window will not go up and down smooth. Can you supply me parts?
