S160-06 6.5 lbs Series 160 Coil Balance

The coils have w6.5 35" and the other has a number 4 on it, it is a half inch wide. I will new coils,coil supports,pivot shoe and pivot bars if required.

Im trying to find the spring balance assembly parts for a Simonton Window. Also had a questino on removing the plastic part at the top as itis onger than the cutout in the window frame.

This broken spring on the window I am trying repair does not have a calibration number. How do I select the correct one?

Hi always relying on Swisco as have several small unit properties and need help identifying replacement parts. See attached photo of coil spring unfoiled. I am going to need 2 2-coil units for a tilt out single hung window. The old units were pretty completely destroyed removing them. I think I need 2 15-150 D units and 4 S160 series springs. We have 2 vinyl windows won't stay open. It seems the balance kit was broken.Attached are pictures for a good window, and a bad one that won't stay open. The size of the two windows is: 1. 21 1/2 * 34 2. 33 1/2 * 33 1/2Please let me know the parts I need for both windows. Paul

Top balance is an 8 bottom is a 6. Shoe has a part number 485.

I have a four windows in which the sash keeps falling...... The hinge piece is nominally 5/8 in by 1 1/4.....(length is 1 7/8 in).......it's a fairly tight fit in the track ....... I need to replace the pair of balancers on the vinyl window pictured. The lower window sash window is a double pane 38" high by 29" wide. The balancer is 1 1/4" wide and the travel distance is about 34". Do have anything to replace the right and left side? It is a double coil balancer on each side ... (cont.)

Hello, the enclosed photo of my coil balance spring has #6.5 35. Do I assume the number 35 has nothing to do with the weight? Also I seen on your site one similar to mine but it's made out of titanium. I doubt if mine is titanium but I just want to make sure. Thank you, Dan

The coil springs have broken on both sides of my vinyl window. Not sure what parts I need and don't know how to remove the broken parts as I don't see a slot to slip them out. Do I have any option to fix the window and not replace the whole window itself?
