I have a four windows in which the sash keeps falling...... The hinge piece is nominally 5/8 in by 1 1/4.....(length is 1 7/8 in).......it's a fairly tight fit in the track ....... I need to replace the pair of balancers on the vinyl window pictured. The lower window sash window is a double pane 38" high by 29" wide. The balancer is 1 1/4" wide and the travel distance is about 34". Do have anything to replace the right and left side? It is a double coil balancer on each side ... (cont.)

Hello, the enclosed photo of my coil balance spring has #6.5 35. Do I assume the number 35 has nothing to do with the weight? Also I seen on your site one similar to mine but it's made out of titanium. I doubt if mine is titanium but I just want to make sure. Thank you, Dan

The coil springs have broken on both sides of my vinyl window. Not sure what parts I need and don't know how to remove the broken parts as I don't see a slot to slip them out. Do I have any option to fix the window and not replace the whole window itself?

I need to find these vinyl windows pulls. They are of a coil resemblance, appears to be from the 90's. I have almost non legible numbers that appears to be the serial and maker number identifier. Please let me know if you carry these.

These are from my 19"W x 44"H bathroom window. 1/2" wide. Numbers written on the spring are 5232208, 35" P, #6.5. Photo is just of half of the spring (the other half is broken off)
