Hello, both of my coil balances are snapped on this window so trying to replace them. Figure it's easier to replace the whole assumebly including the shoes, but struggling to find the right parts. i can see a 35" P on the coil but I think the weight has rubbed off. The bottom latch measures 1/2 thick,wide 1.1/4 Tall 1 1/2". 7.5lbs. 5.365.638. 6.584.644 B2 Windows bought at Homedepot. Thks

The spring assembly has the number 3 on the back of the plastic housing. The pivot shoe did not have any markings. There were no markings or labels found on the windows. The ruler in the pictures of the removed part show the dimensions.

Part # 7.5, Need complete window units Right and Left

Balance is 1-1/4" wide, 1/2" thick. Writing on the spring says 35", 7.5#, W2H. Part numbers are visible, I have shown those in pictures.

I originally put this request in back in June of 2021. An agent requested some additional information because my balance covers look like 15-156 or 15-185 from the coil balance accessories page. Hello,I need window balance for my double hung window. Lowe can't help. The window is 25 years old. the balance has 5 on cover, it is 1.25 inch wide. Metal coil has 8 on it. Please help identify, thanks Julie
