Channel Balance 28" (2730), Need Replacement

I've included the pics, there are 2 balances per window. I have 2 identical windows with bad balances so I guess I need a total of 4, 2 for each window. The part is a 27-2 block and tackle side-load sash balance. It measures 28 inches long, 1/2 inch channel width, 5/16 inch channel depth.

The spring pulled the hole out of the block and tackle will need to replace several of these throughout my house. Once replaced is there any way to prevent this For future reference.

My window balance is labeled 27 4 Caldwell. It is 28 in long and 1/2 in wide. From looking at your site I think it is a s350 but I don't understand the 27 4 as a tension option
