19-005 Channel Balance Top, Winged

Hi, The channel is 20 inches long. The bottom shoe has wings and measures about 3/4. The top shoe does not have wings and measures 1 1/16. Please see additional pictures attached.

I am looking for the 1/2 inch channel balances. The stamp on the old balance is 2740. The top shoe attachment resembles 19-005. The bottom shoe attachment resembles 15-002. I included the photo. The channel balance length is 28". Which series should I order? Thanks.

I need channel balances to replace those on hurricane rated windows which have become increasingly difficult to raise or lower. It looks like, according to your web site I have a 30" series 380 ballast with a 19-005 top and a 15-005 shoe. The stamp on the ballast is "2990-38". Not sure of the weight of the window. It is a Kinco series mark 40/50hp H-LC30-53x96. I am in need of four of them to keep on hand. Please ... (cont.)

the bottom seems to be 15-002 but I cannot id the top, these windows are aprox. 18 years and are PGT single glase , single hung , channel is 30" long x 1/2". hope you can help. thank you james

Hello, I need to first identify my channel balances. I then need to order 4ea. I tried to order them off of your catalog but they look like they may not be standard. Mine are 24" long 1/2" channel (metal channel only) with a #19-005 Top and #15-001 Shoe.

I think I have found a close match but I am sure it is not exact. I have a non tilt single hung Milguard window, the window pane and inside frame when removed measures 28" wide by 20 3/4" tall. I need to replace an 18" long 1/2" channel balance. Your series 390 is the closest match but the balance I have has a 19-005 type top instead of the 19-002. What do you recommend?

Hello, I cancelled an order for the Series 380 because I think I chose the incorrect shoes. Based on your part pictures, I could tell my parts looked close to 19-005 tops and 15-095 shoes. Confirming part to order. Stamped on metal- 3606 and NK BSI. Body (metal-steel) is 37" long and 1/2 inch ide. This looks like your Series 380 with 19-005 top and 15-005 shoe.
