I have two Caldwell channel balances that I need to replace. They are 30 inches long and have 29 3 EQ CALDWELL stamped on them. I need two channel balances for a non-tilting Viking sash window (circa 1991). I've attached pictures of the top and shoe. The channel is 1/2" wide and 27" long with 2640 stamped on the side. I need to order a pair of replacement channel balances for my window. I think I need 380 Channel Balance with 19-005 and 15-005 for a 26" balance. Can you take a look at the attached photos to confirm this is correct? Thank you so much, Darin

Please recommend which balance to order. I can not tell which series is appropriate. Attached are several photos that should help identify the channel balance. I was told the window is a Kinco from the builder. House was build in 03 or 04. The window is 30" tall. It is also 35" wide and 23.5 lbs with a metal frame. Number on the part is 29 4 LV CMC 2. This is a bathroom non-tilting PGT window with laminated glass. The balance has what appears to match your 19-005 top guide and a 15-002 bottom shoe. I do not see this combination, do you have recommendations or a better identifcation from the provided pictures?

Existing Marking: 36-4 AA CMC 11 Per your website the end pieces appear be 19-005 top (winged) and 15-002 Foot (not winged)(which has the dimension of 1 3/32" Length is 37".
