I have two non-tilt window channel balances I need to replace. I do not know the brand, but the numbers on them are 27-3 and 27-5. In reviewing the parts on your website, I believe the tops match part 19-005 and the shoes are 15-001, but I don't see that you offer channel balances with those confi ... (cont.)

Hi. Hope you can help. These are PGT windows. I have three pictures of the balance guide and also of the top guide. Not sure if there is a left and right ? The top guide may be broken or just worn ? I appreciate your help or comments. Thank you , Sue

The closest match I found is the 18-044. The screw is offset to the inside so I will have to enlarge the hole. Do you have a better match? I've already replaced a lot of 380 channel balances with the 19-005 tops and they work fine.

It appears that I have 34" balance with a 19-005 top and a 15-002 shoe. The balance is stamped 3350. Does this combination appear to be correct? These are not tilt metal framed windows in a condo.
