I need to replace my window balance marked 8c 32-4 ha5 cmc 1. The length of the metal channel is 33 inches. The shoe is 15-004 and the top is 19-005. What option do I need? Roland

Fixing Nuair aluminum windows in my daughter's house. Windows are double glazed. I have one of the balances in front of me. The markings are: 28DS DL 38. Hi Guys, The marking on the inside of my windows is A-8791 they are aluminum anodized dark brown color. I need a bunch of the replacement tops & don't see the exact one in the diagrams. The balancers are marked 2130 & are 1/2" wide. The closest picture on your site is #19-008 Mine are closer to 5 ... (cont.)

The balance is 11 in long when excluding the two plastic ends. Each plastic ends have "wings".I've seen the top end on your website but don't an identical bottom piece. Hi, I have 2 channel balancers that need replacement with milgard windows. They have a stamp "23 5 HS Caldwell", the length of the metal portion is about 24 inches. PGT SH4000 window. Channel balance is 37" x 1/2" wide. Stamped with 36 4 AU CMC 2. Top looks like 19-005 and shoe looks like 15-002. Can't tell if shoe is 1" or 1 1/8". Looks more like 1 1/16".
