Window balance for a Mercer window. 13-4 fe5 cmc 75 printed on side.

14" window sash with 13-5 marking on the side. I will be needing 2 of them.

I have a 1/2 inch wide window balance that the cord snapped. I believe it is a 380 1320 but would like you to confirm for my part order. The markings on the balance say 13 2 Caldwell.Thank you Brian

These are non-tilt windows, single slide. The part says 14 in. on it even though it measures 16 in.

Hello, I am having trouble identifying what the bottom shoe depth for my window balance replacement part should be. It is not clear to me if I should be using the measurement that goes all the way out to the tip of the wing or prior to it where the shoe meets flush with the track. I have attached so ... (cont.)

Good afternoon, The rope in one of our channel balance broke and we were hoping you could help us find a replacement channel balance. I have uploaded photos and the metal piece is 14" long. I look forward to hearing back from your team!

Please provide me with the part number required to order a quantity of two of the above subject counterbalences, I also need two of the metal clips that fit into the slot on the inside of the vinyl window casing. Thank you

We have a small frosted bathroom window, and the sash mechanism is broken. I can't find a brand name sticker on the window. Vinyl, approx 21"x17" verticle slide up side load. When I was trying to fix the window with the balance popped out, it fell from the second story window and broke. The one shown is the one that didn't fall. Hoping to get 2 balance replacements. Hello looking for a prompt response. The metal Chanel measures 14" not including any end clips

There are the following written on this piece 1320HG B.S.I. , the other piece is destroyed. They go on each side of the lower window to allow it to open and close. There is not any way I can identify what type of window (who manufactured it but am including a picture for you.
