S380-14 14" Series 380 Channel Balance

The first window balance has 13-3 KX CMC 7 printed on it. Depth is 5/8" and length 14". The second window balance has 1930 stamped/engraved on it. Depth is 5/8" , length is 20". The weight of sash is 14#. Please advise which parts I need to replace these. Thank you!

14" Series 380 Channel. I think this is the right one. Does it look correct?

Vinyl lite double hung window 2006 I have 2 different sizes needed. The shorter smaller window non tilt double hung 13-2-IX CMC 7 15" long. I need 2 of them The bigger window same brand 25-5-IX CMC 11 27" long. Thanks Dave

I'm trying to fix the window myself. Do you have this part? It measures 20". I have another similar that measures 14" with the marking 13-5.

There is a part on the side that helps make the window stay open and not come crashing down. I need this for two windows. Both windows lift to open. I'm replacing channel balances for these PlyGem single hung vinyl windows: W24"xH45" W44"xH36" The original balances measure 18 3/8" and 14 3/8" respectively (metal only, not including the plastic ends). Is it ok to order the 18" and 14" lengths which will be slightly shorter? Also, the only s ... (cont.)

Hi, I have what appears to be a 14? series 380 based on the channel dimensions of 9/16? and the shoe dimensions of 1? x 15/16?. My sash weight is 14 pounds. The only other marketing as 135GR Caldwell. I am looking for the appropriate selection for my sash weight. Thanks Adam

I need to replace 2 missing harcor window balances. I have no identifying information. The window is 26 long by 28 wide.

According to the pictures, I believe the correct replacements would be the 14" SERIES 380 CHANNEL BALANCE. However, the current channel balances are not stamped with a number. The window is between 14-15 lbs, which is beyond the sash range chart. Which stamp option do I choose? I see their is a 135 ... (cont.)
