S380-15 15" Series 380 Channel Balance

I'm not sure what series I need, but the hardware is stamped with 1420 BS. The metal hardware is 15inches long, not including plastic pieces. Please let me know what part I need and, if so separately, the plastic pieces.

Vinyl Milard single hung window balancers. Looking for 2 pieces. I think the window size is 2030. Length of balancer is 15inch. Window about 20 year old. On balancer it states "14 4 KQ Caldwell" Are you able to source.
