S380-15 15" Series 380 Channel Balance

I have a 15" window channel balance that the cord broke on. The first picture shows the only markings on the balance. They read 14-5 KM5 CMC 68.

Don't know what to order but I need to find out. This is not the only window in the house that needs to be fixed. Found a number on the balance 14 5 JO CALDWELL. It measures 1/2 " x 15" and it is for a non tilt window.

I am in need of some new window balances. I think I have narrowed it down to your 15" 380 series. The channel measurements are 1/2" wide and 15" long. The only issue is, I don?t understand the markings on the old parts (see pics). Hopefully you can help me. Thanks Steve

I am looking to replace channel balances for two windows: - 21-inch: 1/2-inch width, markings 20 4 KU CMC 7 - 15-inch: 1/2-inch width, markings 14 5 CV CMC 7 I've included photos of the parts I'd like to replace.

I have a 15" broken balance channel that I will need to order from your company if you can properly identify the part I should replace both parts. The metal part of the channel is 15" and the width of the channel is 9/16" for a vinyl sash window. Thank you

My window is Alpine single window. This part shown is part that guides window up and down and holds it in place you want it to hold. They are 16 inches long and 1/2 inch wide. The numbers on part are 14 9 26 do Caldwell I need 2 please

Hello the rope broke inside of my window rail. The numbers stamped on it is 14 3 JQ CALDWELL and the length of the rail metal frame only is 15". There are two plastic mounts on both ends that are not part of my measurement. Can you tell me what part I need? Thanks much!

Installed approximately 2003. Single hung vinyl window. Chanel 5/8 wide. 15 inches long to ends of metal.

Pretty sure I have the right balance selected, but my stamp is odd: on the side of one balance (L) it says 14-5 JX CMC 7, and on the side of the other (R) it says 14-5 KX CMC 11 My sash weighs about 16 lbs; it's 33 3/4 x 17 x 2 overall. I have Kinco windows in my condo which was completed in 2004. it is an impact glass single hung window. Two of the windows in the condo do not stay open and slide back down.
