S380-27 27" Series 380 Channel Balance

Hello - I need to replace the balancer equipment on a window. I think the replacement part should be a S385? I also do not know the weight needed, so short of weighing the window sash, I'm hoping you can confirm the model number for this replacement?

27 inches channel length-stamp 26 3 bsl VD

L 27 inches Stamp 26 4 CJ bsl VF

Can you help me find the replacement window channel based upon this number that is on the original?

The old channel balance is from Caldwell 26 3 . The balance length is 27 inch. Width is 1/2 inch. Sash weight is 25 lb. Please advise the series fit my window.

Markings: 2640 BSI PF 9/16" wide 27" long 9/16" tall Plastic tip 12/16 of an inch to casing Casing fins 15/16" wide

Hello I would like to order two window balances to replace old ones. The old balances are stamped. "26 4 KP CALDWELL". They are 27 inches long. Any help with selecting the correct replacement would be wonderful. Thanks Tobin

My balance looks worn, but appears to have a "26D" stamped on it. It's 27 inches long. Please see the photos. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks. Jonathan

The only marking or printing on the item is the 2620 stamp (picture included) and the other channel has 2630 stamped on it. The channels are 27 inches.

27" metal portion length, stamped 26 4 CALDWELL AM approx 5/8" channel. Thanks!
