I am Trying to identify which channel balance item that I need. I have narrowed the selection down to S350,S380,S385... I believe. The part I need is 27" long. I also need 2 stop clips for removing the window. Thanks for your help. Dave

I need to know the strength of the spring. It Says 26 5 FS CALDWELL. The pulleys wore out and wore out the string. I will send pictures of the parts. I am also adding dimensions here. I am assuming the channel balance is S380-27. The metal is 1\2" wide and 27" long. the top is attached and is 11/16" ... (cont.)

Hi there! I have a non tilt window. It just slides up and down. The size is about 27" metal to metal without the plastic parts. This balance broke would like to replace both sides the window weighs 25# can you tell me what I need?My window is 45 1/2 inches wide and 29 1/4 inches tall. It weighs 25pounds. The balance rod in the picture is 28 inches long and? 5/8 wide.Thanks Olaf.

Hi, Hoping you can help me identify the correct part number for a replacement window channel balance spring - marking on the existing hardware is 26 4 Caldwell DM and the length of the metal channel is 27", end to end, not including the top or bottom caps. Thank you!

I need four 27 inch channel balances. The number printed on the balance is 26 4 LO CALDWELL as you can see in the photo. It's the 1" bottom shoe. Do you have those?

Need a replacement window balance for leaded vinyl window. Window is heavy. Stamp on current balance is 2690 30. Balance is 27 inches long and 9/16 (1/2)" wide. You don't have a 2690 30 so, which balance should I order from you?

Hi, I don't know if I need to replace my channel balancers or just order the clips that go with them for the window, or maybe both? I have 2 windows that the balancers have come off of. 1 window it's the right side & the other is the left. Can you help? Also, the length of the metal on the balancers ... (cont.)

Hello, Unfortunately I am not sure what part to order since there are no markings, names or number on it. The channel is 27" and 1/2" wide. Not sure how heavy the window is. The house was built in 2002 which is when the windows were installed. Thanks! Regards, May

The metal part is 9/16 wide and 27" long. The nylon ends both have wings.

hi there -- the metal track is 1/2" wide and 27" long (metal only). Markings on the track say 26 4 LQ CALDWELL. Those are the only markings I can find. The plastic ends have wings (photos attached). I measure the bottom one to be 1 1/16" deep. thank you!

My window balancer is 27 inches long the only markings on it are 26 4 GQ CALDWELL. I will need two balancers.
