This is 1/2 " by 27". Left side of a non tilting window.

Hi, I don't know if I need to replace my channel balancers or just order the clips that go with them for the window, or maybe both? I have 2 windows that the balancers have come off of. 1 window it's the right side & the other is the left. Can you help? Also, the length of the metal on the balancers ... (cont.)

Hello, Unfortunately I am not sure what part to order since there are no markings, names or number on it. The channel is 27" and 1/2" wide. Not sure how heavy the window is. The house was built in 2002 which is when the windows were installed. Thanks! Regards, May

The metal part is 9/16 wide and 27" long. The nylon ends both have wings.

hi there -- the metal track is 1/2" wide and 27" long (metal only). Markings on the track say 26 4 LQ CALDWELL. Those are the only markings I can find. The plastic ends have wings (photos attached). I measure the bottom one to be 1 1/16" deep. thank you!

My window balancer is 27 inches long the only markings on it are 26 4 GQ CALDWELL. I will need two balancers.

My window has 2 different balancers with 2 different part numbers probably because someone worked on it in the past. I will replace them both so they match. The window weighs 23 pounds. I want to replace 2 balancers for my one widow. The balance has a stamp: 26 4 E 0 Caldwell metal piece = 1/2" wide, and 27" long both top and bottom plastic pieces have wings shoe = 1" wide

The little rope inside broke.

mine have a number of 2690 35 , or 2690 29 on them. Over the years I have replaced many and I think one is stiffer. I like the easier glide. I see you do not have 2690. Would the 2670 work?
