Having trouble finding replacements for my broken window balances

I need assistance identifying the specific channel balance to order for my window that has become difficult to close. The channel balance is stamped: 26 4 KV CMC 9 It is 27 inches long. The shoe is 1 3/16" in length non tilt window width of the balance is 1/2"

Could you please take a look at the pictures and tell me if this part is available? Thank you

Marking on the channel says 26 3 Caldwell EM. The window weighs about 25 lbs. If you need more pic just let me know. I have a few more in file that would not go thru. Are the channel sold as 1 piece or as a set for the price it says on your website? Which would you prefer? Thank you for your expert ... (cont.)

I ordered part S395-27. I messed up on the shoe part. 395 doesn't have wings and I need wings. Would 380 be the right part?

Help me find two balances to replace my old ones. My old balances are 26" long and marked with 26 4 GR Caldwell. See included photos.

One of them has 26 3 FP Caldwell stamped on it. The aluminum part is 27 and an 1/8 long.

1/2 inch channel. There is a folded over lip on the edge. The metal portion is almost 27" long. It has the letters "26 5 EU CMC 2" printed on it.

I'm trying to match the existing balance units in my windows. The existing balance in this case is stamped 26 4 GN CALDWELL. Would this be considered a match to the 2640 stamp referenced in the S380-27 options?

I need 4 of these for my vinyl windows. Please advise correct part number and cost. Thank you.

It's difficult for me to tell the differences between the 380, 385, and 395 series balances based on your site's pictures. Maybe the attached pics will help you tell me what new balance I need. The metal shaft is 27" long. The plastic parts are additional. The shaft is also 1/2" by 9/16". Thanks ... (cont.)

Hi, just hoping to get the right part, thanks. Bar is actually 27", plus plastic ends. Window is only about 15 pounds

looking for two sizes of similar window replacement channels. Vinyl Windows were installed in new home in 1994. Both look similar to S380 or S385) both non-tilt, 1/2 inch channels. 1. 27 inch, 26 4 Caldwell KM 2. 33 inch, 32 3 Caldwell LM

The spring connector broke, the piece measures 28 inches in all, the metal part being just under 27 inches, depth is 9/16 width is 5/8 , if you can recommend the correct part I would be very thankfull

I am looking for replacement window channel balance marked 26 5 ET CMC 2. The length of the channel is 27" long without the plastic ends. Also would like to replace plastic ends with new ones as seen in provided photos. Thank you.

This is for a non-tilt window. The metal piece is 27" long by 5/8" wide. The stamp on the balance is The stamp on the balance is: 26 4 j cmc 11.

I think the replacement will be your number 2640 - just want to check prior to ordering.
