Hello, i need to replace this balance. 26-4 fa2 cmc 13 is printed on the side. also can i get a replacement hook for the end of the string. I may try and repair the old one as a backup. thanks

I accidentally broke this window...and i need to replace one of these rollers yet I can't seem to find it anywhere. Could you tell me where I can get this one?

I have determined that the channel balance I need is a 27" series 380, however, I am not sure which stamp option I need, as there is nothing visible on them. They are the kinco series mark 40/50 HP. H-LC50-53x77. Thanks for your help.

Need 26 replacement channel balances. They appear to be 26" long. Thinking they may be the S385-26. Would like to verify and not sure wihich option weight to go with. Most of the window sizes are 30" x 59". Thanks, Steven

hi, my balance says "26 4 jv cmc 2" would that be "2640" on your stamp options chart? i'm thinking S380-27 or S385-27.

Hi, This is my second attempt at a post. I need a replacement part for my window channel balance part# 26-4 CA2 CMC 4. It is 27 inch long and 1/2 inch wide. Thank you so much no other markings other than shown in attached photos, the measurements: casing is 27" width is 1/2" hardware plastic pieces on both ends attached. it measure 26" but i don't see the difference between ur S380 and S385 series. or i can b completely wrong. pivcking the right part b nice. thanks, David

My channel markings are 26 4 IW CMC 11 The shoe measures 1-1/16 which is in between 1" and 1-3/32 The vinyl window has been difficult to slide up/down

how do i find out what weight I need? I removed old balance and it showed a 9, so I purchased the 2520, but it was not strong enough to hold up the window. is the weight on the list the weight of the window?

27" long 1/2" wide channel with spring and cord per attached images. Need replacement for both side of the vertical sliding window. Instruction to remove window and mount new channels.
