S380-29 29" Series 380 Channel Balance

Need help with this part. Part is stamped with 28F. Heart is 29 inches long. width is 9/16 trade it considered as half inch.

Good morning, I have to replace 56 window balance for a customer. I could find stamp on every balance 28A and 28B, I am about to order the S380-29 29" Series 380 Channel Balance, do you think it's correct? The window that cause me issues is one where there is no stamp, its a 51.5"x31" single hung, ... (cont.)

I've probably got ahead of myself. I've ordered two of the S380?29 29 inch series 380 channel balance. Please contact me and let me know if I screwed up. By the way the window sash weighs 20.4 pounds. Thank you very much.

The only marking on the channel balance is UB 28C. The metal portion is 29" long and 1/2" wide. The balance shoe is 1" wide. The sash weighs 29lb. Attached are photos.
