The stamp on the channel balance I have is UB 28D. Can you cross reference this to your numbers?

The house is in Florida, 6 years old. Vinyl windows with impact glass. One balancer cord broke. Stamped on the metal is "28DS 37" The metal channel is 30" long, 9/16" wide. Can you help me idenify this?

Need help with this part. Part is stamped with 28F. Heart is 29 inches long. width is 9/16 trade it considered as half inch.

I could find stamp on every balance 28A and 28B, I am about to order the S380-29 29" Series 380 Channel Balance, do you think it's correct? The only marking on the channel balance is UB 28C. The metal portion is 29" long and 1/2" wide. The balance shoe is 1" wide. The sash weighs 29lb. Attached are photos.
