I am wondering why I can't get the window back in the frame with the parts I ordered S380-29, 2830 & 2820. The stamp on the original parts are "28B" and "28C". I have aluminum non tilt windows. Balance loook like your Series 380 o0r 385, but my shoe is only 7/8" deep like your 15-029. Can I get that shoe. I need 4 balances, 29" long metal, Stamp says 28 B.

Parts have no markings other than 28-B Measure at 29". Each end is the winged clip version. Not certain of window OEM maker.
