S380-33 33" Series 380 Channel Balance

Attached are a few photos of the window slides from my window. The strings were broken and the springs missing. Four photos are of the slides themselves, and the fifth photo is of the markings in the window itself. I'm not sure which manufacturer. Thanks!

Hi, one of the channel balances on my sliding window need to be replaced. The cable has broken off. Looks like the width is 1/2 inch. There's a print that says "32 4 DV CMC 7" on the rod. Thanks

The stamp on my channel reads "32 5 JV CMC 2" I know I need a 33" series 380 but I'm unsure of what the stamp means as far as sash weight range. Thank you for the help!! :)

Greetings, I am looking for the channel balance replacement for our window. I was able to get as far as... Channel Balances > Non-Tilt Window > 1/2" Width then the next screen I was not sure what to pick. the silver metal length is 33" exactly. (not including plastic ends). Pictures included. Can ... I am pretty sure I need the 33 inch series 385 channel balance. The only other one that I am considering is the 33 inch series 380 channel balance. Do you think I'm on the right track? I see that the only difference between the two is the depth of the shoe, and I think the one I have is the longe ... (cont.)

The metal channel is 33". The width of the channel is 9/16". The shoe 1-1/8" not 1".Felix

Hi, I believe I have either 385 or 380, however I'm not sure which. The bottom shoe looks like it's just a tad over 1" so I'm leaning towards the 385. Also, it's 33" and the stamping says 32-9 IX CMC 11, can you recommend the correct weight option to pick? Thanks!

I have this type of balance that I cannot find a shoe for in you're list of items. This channel is 27 inches long without the ends. I need 10 of these plus four more but for a window that weighs 15-20 pounds. Thank you, Tom
