Hello, I need 2 window springs as shown in pictures. The cylinder is plastic and measures 17". Also the window is double hung 21" wide x 34 1/2" length. The spring cap is a tapered blue. Attached are the two pics of my window slide tensioners. The manufacturer of the window is ELL-1 and model is A-L-I Validator ( I believe). It is a series 100 SH/DW(716/717) Single Hung window. Hi Swisco - i'm unsure of which pivot bar to buy for this window. As you can see there is a lot of rust and the current pivot bar has basically disintegrated and some parts are inside the lower portion of the window. Hello,This spiral window balance does not have any identifying numbers, the plastic tip is blue, and it measures 17-1/4 in length and 1/2 inch wide.
