I have several NuPrime double hung tilt windows are very hard to open and close. A few of them the spiral part won't stay in the tube of the balance. Hello, looking for this type of spiral balancer - if you carry it. I understand measurements would be needed for a more accurate product match, but I didn't see these types anywhere on your website? Unless I missed them.

I'm not quite sure what size I should be ordering. The Spiral balance is covered in a white vinyl with a grommeted screw hole at the end. It measures 25 inches to end end of the vinyl sleeve. Hey guys, I just ordered 6- S900-25 spiral tilt window balances from you. I just noticed they should be 5/8. Will they still work if I install both of them? or should I return them and order the 5/8?

We have vinyl windows with the name ALUMAX on the latch. The balances are shot and the old ones have no color code that relates to your chart. I think we will need the 600 series. The old balance measures 25" long and the diameter measures 1/2". Would this be your 5/8"? Will I need to weigh the sash ... (cont.)
