These are 28 " with 3/8 thick spiral

There are no markings anywhere.It's a condominium complex. "The Pines" It was built in 1985 in SHOWLOW, AZ 85901. Are you able to figure out what brand these windows are? Hi, I’m trying to replace Better Bilt window balancers, I’ve identified the 28" long and 3/8" thick, Series 900 red tip Spiral Tilt Window balancer as a possible replacement. Do these photo’s confirm this model?

Need for 4 windows... there aluminum windows in an old apartment complex turned condow..
