Hi, the supports are 28" long and appear to be yellow, but the tips don't look the same as the tips for the ones shown online. Can you tell me which one to buy?

The pictures show the existing balances removed from window which are vinyl tilt single hung. The measurement is 3/8" but shows a black tip. I weighed the window, and the weight is 17.4lbs. For Tilt Window 3/8 Circumference 28 Inches Long

These are from a tilt window, they are the hardware that holds the window up when you open it. They have no resistance anymore and the window just falls down. I need two new ones. They are 28 inches long when closed. The window is probably about 25 lbs.

Hello,28" spiral balance replacements (pair) are needed for a single hung, tilt, Atria vinyl window. White vinyl cavity covers, 29.5", are needed as well. I will be ordering replacement spiral balancers, but need to also replace the pivot shoes. Can you identify these (or suggest a suitable replacement for use with S900-28 balancers?

My tubes are inside a plastic case, and flexible vs rigid. The "spring" case is 28" long, and the tips appear yellow. My lower sash tilts, tops are stationary, and sashes weigh between 19-24 lbs. There's no numbers on hardware the spring rod has a screw on top and a plastic tip the twisted rod is one solid piece the plastic piece and the connect together the plastic is a cover for them I am assuming to keep together and straight

I placed an order and had to return it. I had got the wrong part, I am trying to see if y'all could help me identify this window balance. The ones I had ordered was 9/16, they were too big. 28" was the correct length, just had the wrong diameter.
