I'm just trying to find the best quick-tilt replacement for two windows. Each are the same size. The original window manufacturer is long gone. I think replacement sets of the S140-6 will work. The old pivot pin rusted into the shoe. I need a left and right assembly. It measures about 9/16" thick.

Some of the spring coil's have failed in the sash lifting modules . They appear to be modules (three on each side of the larger windows). All of the pivot pins have rusted out. I have Traco Power II double hung windows that tilt. The window balances on the upper/outside window broke. A picture is attached. I have 2 questions: 1. Are parts available? 2. It's difficult to say for certain what you need without seeing the coil balance system removed from the window, but what you show looks like our 15-086 Coil Spring Housings. the springs have broken on 2 windows. on a sticker at the top of the window are the following numbers 491564 041995 and below that is TR9N TBAG DSLE. The other number appear to be size measurements.
