16-024 Mounting Bracket

THIS PART IS WHERE THE PIVOT BAR ATTACHES TO THE BOTTOM AN THE COILS MAKE THE WINDOW STAY UP. THE PLASTIC CASING BROKE.

We purchased about 20 replacement vinyl windows from Gorell Enterprises in 1995. A few years ago the balances began failing. We currently need to replace at least five of them. I've attached a photo of a lower sash, hoping that you can identify the style for replacement. Please advise.Thanks.Dan ... (cont.)

I believe that I will need the tandem set up using 15-087 and 15-086. The spring has a stamp of 4Y, is this a 4 lb spring? When I install the the two coil housing, I assume that I hook them together and then pull the spring out and run one on top of the other up to the clip. Thanks you. ... (cont.)

I had a window that would only go up so much ( see pictures), when I titled it out I saw the coil had broke. I have removed the coil, but now need to replace it. Thanks!

Window cannot go up or down. Need to replace window balance. Please let me know the parts I need to replace both sides of the window?s balance. The window measures 35 x 45 (width x height) on the outside frame.

First photo is left balance unit in a window that works. Next 4 photos show right and them left in window that won?t stay open. this has a coil spring and as you rotate the window it lock the slide, put the window back in position and the whole assembly moves. Not sure if the slide needs to come out with the window.

The window sash weighs 12 lbs

The sashes seem to weigh (I only have bathroom scale) about 27 lbs each. I have about 35 of these Gorell sashes with coil balance problem. I?d rather rebuild than replace them. Hello, I need to replace two broken sash support coil balances and worn coil housing pivots for both sides of a small bathroom window, please. How do I know what weight coil to order? On the end mine are etched 7 CB ( mine are broken ) my original widths are a half inch wide with 2 holes on the end. Looking at your site I would guess I need part 15-087 Coil housing pivot shoe and the series 180 coil balance. Please confirm on both of my a ... (cont.)

Had 2 coil balances break on an Anderson window today.It looks like the coils are stamped 5 BD or DD and they measure 15/16" wide.The sash weighs 20 pounds 8 ounces.They look like your series 180 coil balances.Would the 5 pound be the correct one?Would the 15-086 tandem coil housing and the 15-087 c ... I need a replacement balancer and tilt bar with plastic housing. The bar has sheared due to rust and I?m unable to remove it from the shoe.

the window is 44 pounds, vinyl frame. the existing balances appear to be 35/64" deep by 1- 17/64" wide with 3 coils. I inadvertently damaged them while installing the window.
