I need a sash lock and balances for some Gorell windows. The Gorell model # is 5155 and measures 23X59. Please see attached photos.

Hi I am trying to replace the pictured part. It has a coil on top and a shoe at that bottom. I think it is all one part. It holds a heavy double hung tilt window up. There was only one coil when I removed. Can you help identify and suggest a replacement part?

Our 15-year old double hung upper channel balance ENDS look like this? And windows are very loose in frame--easy to jimmy window locks to open from outside. Is this really the right part? How do u get both springs to hook on to the screw bracket that anchors them? The significant amount of tension in the coil springs appears to make that somewhat difficult? Please explain?

I'm looking for constant force balance replacement parts This is a double hung window, the windows tilt out and the pivot bar has a notch in the shaft and the shaft has flange like ends (see picture). The one listed on your site 26-369 looks to be that design but I don't have small enough measuring devise to properly measure it.
