The springs on both sides of the window have broken and the window will no longer stay up. Seems like these should be available parts to replace?

I believe I erroneously ordered the S140-9. That was not your fault. No resolution will be needed because it was entirely my fault. I would just like to order the correct one moving forward. Window will not stay up

I have an American Craftsman Series 8500, double hung, installed in 2005.It appears that the lower sash coil spring got damaged and doesn't function.I have not yet taken the Pivot Shoe and Coil Spring out to get exact measurements, but it appears to be very similar to your Coil Housing Pivot 15-087 ... This pivot shoe was damaged within the tract, so I removed it and need a replacement piece. Looking at the window this shoe is from the right side. Need coil springs for both sides of window. Do not know the size of slings there is no size stamped on Case or sping. Sash weight i s 11 lbs and is duel spring.

Jeld-Wen directed me to your site. While I believe the balances are series 140, I'm not sure about the pivot pins.

Coil springs are broken and pivot shoe as well. I need the counter balance for both sides of the bottom sash. The pivot shoe is 9/16 thick and 1 1/4" wide. There were 2 coil springs on each side

5/8th thick, has 3 coils put together and holds up a 30 pound single hung tilt window
